Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Haul Adz platform operated by Haul Adz ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Haul Adz provides a mobile LED truck advertising platform serving the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area. Clients purchase subscription plans to have their advertisements displayed on LED screens mounted on our vehicles. Campaign delivery, zone routing, and impression tracking are managed by our Delivery Priority Engine (DPE).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to use our services. By using Haul Adz you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Advertising Content

You retain ownership of the creative content you upload. By submitting content to Haul Adz, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on our advertising vehicles for the duration of your campaign.

You agree that your content will NOT:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims
• Include adult, explicit, violent, or discriminatory material
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Advertise illegal products or services

We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our sole discretion without refund if it violates these guidelines.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly and processed through Stripe
• Plans are: Starter ($100), Bronze ($200), Silver ($300), Gold ($400), Platinum ($600) per month
• Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice
• Failed payments may result in campaign suspension until the balance is cleared

6. Campaign Delivery

Haul Adz uses a Delivery Priority Engine to allocate screen time across campaigns. While we make every effort to fulfill your campaign goals, we do not guarantee a specific number of impressions. Impression estimates are projections based on traffic data and are not contractual commitments.

Campaigns may be paused or adjusted due to vehicle availability, weather, mechanical issues, or other operational factors beyond our control.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your active campaigns will be cancelled and your personal data will be removed within 30 days. No refund will be issued for the remaining period of your current billing cycle unless otherwise determined at our discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform
• Reverse engineer any part of our software
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haul Adz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Haul Adz after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
