First-run checklist
  1. Create your account and verify your email (we send a 6-digit code — verification happens before anything else, including Google sign-in).
  2. Look at Plans and Where We Roll to pick your area and budget.
  3. Build your first campaign with the Campaign Wizard.
  4. Upload your creative — we review every ad before it plays.
  5. Track delivery in your dashboard once your campaign is approved and live.

Creating a campaign

Open the Campaign Wizard

From your dashboard, choose Build Your Campaign. Pick campaign dates, the days of the week, and the hours you want your ad eligible to play.

Choose locations

Select the areas you care about. Location choices steer routing and planning.

Upload your creative

Video or image. The builder previews exactly how your ad fits each screen format — we never stretch or distort your creative to fill a screen.

Submit for review

Our team reviews every ad for content and technical quality. You'll see the review status on your dashboard; you can keep editing while a draft, and a rejected ad tells you why so you can fix and resubmit.

Go live and track

Once approved and scheduled, your ad enters the rotation for your chosen windows. Your dashboard shows verified plays and estimated impressions as they accumulate.

Understanding your numbers

Straight talk: a play is a verified fact — our screens log every single time your ad runs, with GPS. Estimated impressions are calculated from those plays using traffic modeling — they are estimates, not headcounts. We show you both and never blur the line.

Campaign pacing compares what you've received so far against where you'd expect to be by today. On Track means delivery is where it should be; Watch List means slightly behind; At Risk means behind enough that our team prioritizes your campaign in the rotation. Higher plan tiers (Starter → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum) get a priority boost when trucks allocate plays.

Drivers

First-run checklist
  1. Get your driver account from the Haul Adz team (driver accounts are created for you — there's no public driver signup).
  2. Sign in at the sign-in page on your phone.
  3. Open the Driver Coach app — it's your home screen for every shift.
  4. Allow location access when asked; GPS is how your route gets verified.

A normal shift in Driver Coach

Today

Your shift screen: start and end your driving session here. Your assigned truck and its screen status are shown up front.

Route

The map view shows where you've covered. Drive your planned area during campaign hours; the system logs GPS as you go.

Proof

When parked, you can snap a supporting photo (screen on, venue placement). These are supporting manual evidence — the screens' own play logs remain the official playback record.

Truck

Device health at a glance: last check-in, sync status. If something looks stale, report it rather than guessing.

Report an issue

Screen not working, power, GPS, internet, vehicle, venue access, weather, safety, or content problems — file it from the app with a severity. For a real emergency always call 911 first; the app does not contact emergency services.

Safety first: never interact with the app while driving. Every capture and reporting action is designed for use while parked.

Screen & Venue Hosts

Own a store, gym, restaurant, or venue with foot traffic? Host a Haul Adz screen and earn from the ads it plays.

Getting started
  1. Apply on the Host & Earn page — tell us about your location and traffic.
  2. Our team reviews your application and follows up directly.
  3. Approved hosts get screen placement, installation coordination, and a revenue arrangement in writing before anything goes live.

Partner network

Beyond hosting a screen, the Partner Network covers equipment partners, referral partners, and venue partnerships. Each intake form goes to the same review pipeline — a real person reads it, and you'll only be contacted about the partnership you asked for. Consent is never assumed.

Event Partners

Need a big LED screen at a festival, game, market, or private event — or have deployable screens you'd like to put to work?

Renting a screen for your event
  1. Start at Event LED Rental or Screen Rentals and tell us dates, location, and what you're running.
  2. We confirm equipment availability for your exact dates — double-booking is blocked by the system, not by hope.
  3. You control your content: what plays at your event is 100% yours unless you agree otherwise in writing.
  4. After the event you get a completion record; any photos are labeled as manual documentation, distinct from the screens' own play logs.
Equipment partners: if you own screens, apply through the Partner Network. Equipment is certified with evidence before its first job, and partner payouts are settled once per completed job — traceably.

Play verified fact
One logged, GPS-stamped run of your ad on a screen. Recorded by the device itself. This is the platform's ground truth for delivery.
Estimated impressions estimate
How many people likely saw a play, modeled from traffic data. Always an estimate — we display it as one, next to the verified play count it came from.
Campaign health / pacing
Where your delivery stands vs. where it should be by today. Bands: On Track, Watch List (slightly behind), At Risk (behind — prioritized in rotation).
Tier
Your plan level (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Higher tiers get higher priority when play time is allocated between campaigns.
Shared vs. Exclusive
Shared campaigns rotate with others on the same screens. Exclusive campaigns reserve a block of time where only your ad plays.
Eligibility window
The dates, weekdays, and hours you chose. Your ad only plays inside that window — outside it, it's simply not eligible, which is different from underdelivery.
Creative review
Human review of every ad before it can play. Drafts are editable; rejections say why.
Format fit
Your creative is shown on screens it genuinely fits. We never stretch or distort an ad to fill a mismatched screen.
Manual field evidence supporting
Photos taken by drivers or event staff (screen on, placement). Supporting documentation only — device play logs are the official playback record.
Verified route
GPS logged from the truck during a shift, tying plays to real locations.
