The Process

How Mobile Billboard
Advertising Works

From campaign setup to GPS-logged street plays — here's exactly how Haul Adz gets your brand in front of real people across Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.

The Process

Three Steps to Go Live

Share your target audience, the area you want to reach, and what you're trying to accomplish — whether it's driving foot traffic, building name recognition, promoting an event, or launching a new location.

Choose your service: Mobile Shared, Exclusive Truck, or Standalone Display
Pick your target zones across Chicago, the South Suburbs, or Northwest Indiana
Set your campaign window — a single day, a weekend, or an ongoing monthly run
Upload your creative (image or video) or tell us what you need

Once your campaign is approved, we plan the routes, schedule the plays, and launch your ad on the right trucks or screens for your zones. Campaigns go live once your creative is approved — no print production delays.

Common Questions

How It Works — FAQ

How fast can I launch a campaign?
Your campaign launches once your creative is submitted and approved — there is no print production or installation lead time. We confirm your schedule with you when your campaign is booked.
Do I need to design my own ad?
Either works. Bring finished creative, or work with Haul Adz to create campaign-ready graphics and promotional content. We also share spec sheets to pass to your designer, or point you to simple tools that work well for LED formats.
Can I choose exactly where my ad runs?
Yes. You choose zones — neighborhoods or communities — based on your campaign. Exclusive truck customers can also specify custom routes within their selected zones.
What if I want to change my ad mid-campaign?
Creative updates are supported. Submit the new file and we'll review and swap it in — usually the fastest step of the whole process.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. Campaigns run for the term you book — renewals are arranged with you, not automatic. Single-day and event campaigns are one-time engagements.
